An operational excellence conference with evidence in every session: research and practice, in one half-day program. The first edition is virtual, on April 8, 2027.

Who should attend

Built for the people who run, improve and study operations

Registration is free and open to everyone; the program is written for these six groups.

Three segments

One standard of evidence

The conference is separate from the awards. Winners and entrants are invited to present their cases, a rating does not guarantee a slot, and no sponsor influences the program committee or the research review.

Yes. Attendance is free. An optional Pro pass adds the recordings, the slides and papers, and an attendance confirmation.

It is run separately, with its own program committee and research chairs. Award winners and entrants are invited to present their cases and are expected to fill much of the practice segment. A rating does not guarantee a slot, and nothing on the program affects a rating.

Yes, in any of the three segments, through the submission form on the edition page. Research abstracts are peer reviewed; cases and new developments are read by the program committee. The first edition fills mostly by invitation, with the open call as a top-up.

Yes, as a Solution showcase in the new-developments segment: the product inside a real deployment, with a user on screen and numbers. Showcases are sponsored sessions; current awards sponsors receive one webinar showcase in the 2026-27 season with our compliments, and conference showcases are part of the conference packages.

The 2027 edition runs from 12:00 to 15:30 UTC, which suits working hours from the Americas to Asia. Convert 12:00 UTC to your time zone; the joining email also shows it in your own zone.

Not in 2027. The first edition is virtual so that everyone can attend in working hours. If a later edition is held in person, it will be announced on this page.

Research, practice and new developments. The research segment carries peer-reviewed papers from academics and doctoral students. The practice segment carries cases from organizations, many of them award entrants and winners, with the baseline and the results. The new-developments segment covers methods and technology inside real deployments, including Solution showcases.
