With over 31 years of experience in operational excellence, he specializes in Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and large-scale manufacturing transformation. He is currently Founder & CEO of Learning Everest, a learning solutions company focused on providing learning solutions and capability development globally.
Previously, he led the design and institutionalization of an Operational Excellence Academy at a leading automotive manufacturer, aligning skill development with business outcomes across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and technical services. He led Lean Six Sigma, TPM, and training for a major steel group, guiding multi-million-dollar improvement projects and establishing a world-class Business Excellence Centre. He also led TPM implementation across multiple plants in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the UK, guiding them from inception to JIPM TPM Excellence and Consistency Award certifications.
His work focuses on building sustainable performance systems that connect strategy, people, and execution. He holds a degree in Production Engineering and Management and a PGDBA in Human Resources. He is a JIPM (JMAC) Japan Certified TPM Instructor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Dale Carnegie Trainer, VAVE Trainer, and CII-EXIM Bank Award Assessor (EFQM Model), and was recognized by The Economic Times as a panelist at the World Class Maintenance Summit.
