It was founded in 1991 by Thomas Krainz and Herbert Parnreiter and is headquartered in Linz, with an office in Vienna, a German subsidiary set up in 2003 and a Shanghai office opened in 2012. It runs the cronetwork academy for training and a customer care center, and serves automotive, machinery, packaging, metal processing and food and beverage manufacturers.
