The operational excellence call for papers is open: one form for all three segments of the program. Every submission is read by the program committee; research abstracts are peer reviewed by the research chairs. Acceptances go out by March 12, 2027.

One program, three segments run one after the other. Pick the one that matches what you have; the committee will suggest a change if another fits better.

From submission to the day

Submit

Send the form by the deadline for your segment. You receive an acknowledgement the same day.

Review

Research abstracts go to the research chairs for peer review; cases and new developments to the program committee. No sponsor takes part.

Acceptance

Acceptances go out by March 12, 2027 with the slot and any changes the reviewers ask for.

Present

A short rehearsal in the week before, then your session on April 8, 2027 at its scheduled time, recorded and published on its own page.

Yes, and they are invited to. A rating does not guarantee a slot, and nothing on the program affects a rating.

No. Membership is free and gives you the recordings, but anyone can submit and present.

No. Presenters in the practice, research and new-developments segments pay nothing. Solution showcases are sponsored sessions and are booked through the sponsorship page.

Accepted abstracts are presented in April. Full papers are invited afterwards for a proceedings volume or a journal special issue, which the research chairs are arranging with their institutions.

English throughout for this season: the session, the slides, the abstract and the paper. Presenters who are more comfortable in another language are welcome to rehearse with us beforehand.
