Reading your maturity assessment: from the results story to a quarter’s plan
Date to be announced
About this session
The free World Opex OpEx Maturity Assessment produces a results story: a level, six dimension scores, a list of moves ranked by weighted gap, and a twelve-month plan. This session, run by the World Opex team, walks through a real anonymized result from top to bottom and shows how a plant turned the first three moves into a quarter’s work.
Bring your own result. The last fifteen minutes are for questions about your own story.
What you take away
- What each level band means in practice, and what moves a site from one to the next
- How the moves are ranked, and why the weighted gap matters more than the lowest score
- How to turn the plan into owners, evidence and a review routine
Who it is for
Anyone who has completed the assessment, and leaders deciding whether to run it across several sites.
