Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence

The Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence (TNCPE) has used an awards program built on the Baldrige Excellence Framework since 1993 to provide in-depth, low-cost assessments and feedback. It has assessed more than 1,000 organizations in health care, service, education, manufacturing, government and nonprofit sectors. TNCPE trains volunteer examiners, runs an annual conference and offers workshops and training that help organizations build a systematic approach to continuous improvement and share best practices across the region.
