RIB Consulting, trading as RIBCON, is an operational excellence consulting and training firm active since 2009. It implements Total Productive Maintenance, lean and kaizen, Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment and cost reduction programs, applying lean methods to functions from the shop floor to sales, finance and HR. The firm reports more than 250 clients in over 80 industries and 20 countries, with offices in Nairobi, Kenya, Gurugram, India and the UAE.
