What is Poka?
Poka is a Quebec-based software company founded in 2014 by Alexandre Leclerc and Antoine Bisson. Its connected worker platform gives factory teams digital work instructions, forms and checklists, skills management, learning content, issue tracking, huddle boards, daily management and plant communication in one application, with industrial AI agents added on top. Poka reports use across more than 3,000 sites in over 70 countries. The company has offices in Quebec City and Montreal and has been part of the Swedish enterprise software group IFS since 2023.
