Operations1 is a German software company based in Augsburg, operated by cioplenu GmbH, that offers a connected worker platform for manufacturers. It replaces paper documents with interactive, variant-specific and multilingual work instructions, checklists, setup processes, digital maintenance plans, 5S and audit reports and quality logs, with integration to ERP systems such as SAP. The company was founded in 2017 by three founders who met at the Technical University of Munich. It serves mechanical and plant engineering, vehicle construction and food producers, and reports that customers cut new-employee training time by an average of 70 percent.
