What is Makula?
Makula Technology GmbH is a Berlin company founded in 2020 by former advisers to industrial machinery firms. It offers two connected products. Makula Field Service lets equipment manufacturers and distributors digitize their installed base, dispatch technicians, track jobs and give customers a portal for tickets and machine history. Makula CMMS helps factories and facilities schedule preventive maintenance, manage assets and keep inspection records ready for audits. AI tools assist with documentation and troubleshooting. The software is hosted in the EU, is GDPR and ISO 27001 compliant and manages more than 500,000 assets.
