What is Lean Institute Brasil?
Lean Institute Brasil is a lean management organization founded in November 1998 by Jose Roberto Ferro and based in Sao Paulo. It is the Brazilian affiliate of the Lean Global Network. The institute works directly with organizations on lean transformations and management systems, and offers open training cohorts, practical formation programs, an online learning platform and in-company workshops. It hosts the Lean Summit and other events and publishes lean books and articles in Portuguese. Its work covers manufacturing, healthcare, construction, agriculture, digital businesses, services, and supply chain and logistics.
