The IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (IMC RBNQA) Trust was instituted by the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, whose Quality Improvement and Technology Committee was set up in 1993. The trust administers a national excellence award designed to match the rigor of the Malcolm Baldrige Award, the European award and the Deming Prize, with categories for business, healthcare and education. It trains assessors, offers training on aspects of excellence and also awards the IMC Juran Quality Medal to individuals.
