What is Gemba Academy?
Gemba Academy is an online training company established in 2009 by Ron Pereira, Kevin Meyer and Jon Miller, who had previously worked on lean transformations through the consulting firm Gemba Research. It offers a library of more than 2,000 practitioner-led video courses on lean, Six Sigma, problem solving, leadership and safety, along with belt certifications, live instructor events, hands-on workshops and coaching. Organizations can use its customizable learning system or connect the content to their own LMS. The team works from offices in California and Texas, and its customer logos include industrial manufacturers such as Sonoco, Rheem, Thermo King and Trane Technologies.
