GBMP Consulting Group

GBMP Consulting Group, based in Plymouth, Massachusetts, has worked since 1994 to help organizations build continuous improvement cultures using lean, Six Sigma and the Toyota Production System. Its consulting covers operational assessments, kaizen event facilitation, leadership coaching and hands-on implementation support. GBMP also offers lean learning paths, Shingo Model workshops, self-paced digital modules, training games and videos, and a membership program. It hosts the annual Northeast Lean Conference and has helped New England organizations obtain workforce training grants. Services are delivered onsite and virtually, with a strong regional focus on the northeastern United States.
