What is DigiLEAN?
DigiLEAN is a Norwegian company based in Sandnes that develops a digital lean management platform. Teams use interactive boards for daily management and KPIs, including SQCDP templates, and the system supports tiered meeting structures that escalate issues and actions between team, site and corporate levels. It also covers incident and improvement tracking, A3 problem solving, project alignment, shared standards and mobile access. The company was founded in 2016 as Kaizen Solutions by two lean consultants, released the first public version the same year and later took the DigiLEAN name as it expanded abroad.
