What is EFQM?
EFQM is a not-for-profit membership foundation established in Brussels in 1989 by European business leaders. It owns and develops the EFQM Model, a management framework used to assess organizations, manage change and improve performance. EFQM runs rapid and advanced assessments, the EFQM Recognition scheme and the EFQM Global Award, and offers a training pathway for assessors and business transformation leaders. It licenses certified training and recognition organizations worldwide and provides digital tools such as AssessBase and EFQM Transform. It has offices in Brussels, Dubai, London and Frankfurt.
