People and Processes, Inc. is a maintenance and reliability consulting and education firm based in Yulee, Florida. It helps manufacturing and facilities organizations implement maintenance and reliability practices through assessments, strategic planning and process improvement, then supports teams with coaching and mentoring for planners, supervisors and reliability engineers. Training covers reliability-centered maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, materials management and leadership. The firm is a member company of the Aladon Network for RCM and partners with the University of Tennessee Reliability and Maintainability Center on its maintenance and reliability certification program.
